At The Game Room, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-score style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your items in their original mailer.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our headquarters.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
